Has any one just let the cage open so it can play at night? does this help or no not at all?

no.............too much they can get into....................I have allowed a few joeys to play in my Genji tent at night and I am talking about joeys over 8 weeks old!!  :)

so i mean  my mom has a rabbit and  its my dang wires lol do sugar gliders do that or not really... what would they do if i just left it open?

sorry for the bad writting lol. what i ment to say is will it eat my wires and stuff? Has anyone ever tried to let them run wild?

Yes, they will chew......this is why I do not recommend letting your glider roam free.   Plus they poo and pee everywhere and throw food, etc.    They can make worse messes than a 2 year old.....LOL

o well dang my mom has a rabbit and its like cage trainned . dont ask how my dad got it when it was wild from out side lol. wish the sugar glider would be quiet

LOL yea i let mine play at night but when he gets tierder he will clim on me and go to sleep on my back

I would be strongly opposed to this. There is so much they could get into and mess with! =/
